Once purchased: 

1. You will receive an email invitation with a link to complete the EQ-i 2.0 assessment.  

2. Complete the assessment. We receive notification of your completed assessment and score your report.

3. We connect with you to schedule your virtual 60-minute 1:1 debrief session and provide you with a soft copy of your results. You print out a copy of your results as well as read, sign, and return the consent form to Caterpillar Spirit, prior to your debrief session. 

4. The debrief session is completed.
